Sign-ups: Please sign up for softball HERE. Players must be signed into their CUSD Google account to access the form. Players must also have an updated physical on file with the school and have all athletic paperwork complete in order to be eligible to play. (See ATHLETIC FORMS page for more information.)

 

Remind: Coaches will use Remind to communicate team information. Remind codes will be team-specific and will be sent out by each coach after tryouts once teams have been selected. 

 

Note: Varsity tryouts are open to all players but are optional.  Players who are very inexperienced or looking for a less intense level of play may not be interested in playing at the varsity level.  Players who do NOT wish to try out for a varsity team can opt not to attend tryouts and be automatically placed on JV. Players who try out at the varsity level, but do not make a team will be notified before Friday’s team meetings, so that they can meet with their coach on Friday. All teams will meet on Friday and will begin team practices the following week. 

 

Monday-Thursday 3:30-5:00pm on all non-game days.

Fridays 7:00-8:00am (varsity only)

*No practice on holidays

 

Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm

Please note that on game days, all teams do NOT play at the same site, so check your team’s specific schedule for location. For away games, transportation is provided TO the event, but there is no return bus. Please make arrangements to pick your child up after the game.

 

*If we have a large number of JV players, we will split them into two teams. RED team will play on Tuesdays, while BLUE team will play on Thursdays.

 

There are no cuts from ASI softball so if you plan on playing softball, feel free to place your order before tryouts. Everyone will make a team. Store will be open soon.
