We are only 2 weeks away from hosting our Annual ASI & BHS BEAR BASH (Age 21 and above only) community event and fundraiser on Saturday, October 4th at 5:30pm at the Clovis Rodeo Grounds.

Program:

BEAR BASH Masters of Ceremonies... Randy Downer (ASI) and Rachael Watson (BHS)

 5:30pm: Evening Begins

 6:15pm: Dinner is Served

7:00pm: Welcome & Introductions: BHS Principal: Omar Hemaidan &  ASI Principal: Jennifer Carter

7:30pm: Live Auction Begins

8:00pm: Heads/Tails Game

8:30pm: Silent Auction Red Tables Close

8:35pm: Weber Raffle: (Must be Present to Win)

8:45pm: Silent Auction White Tables Close

9:00pm: Silent Auction Blue Tables Close

9:30pm: Ticket Sales End

10:00pm: Evening Concludes

***$20 of the ticket proceeds to go to a particular athletic, academic, or performance team. Identify the team when you purchase the tickets.
