Dear ASI Parents and Guardians,

This is a reminder that we will be on a rally schedule tomorrow. Please note the following details:

• Lunch: 11:55 a.m. – 12:35 p.m.
• Rally: 2:20 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. (students begin loading at 2:05 p.m.)

Because this is a whole-school event with over 1,400 students participating, we are unable to pull students out of the rally once it begins. If you need to pick up your student before the end of the day, please do so prior to 2:00 p.m.

To help us ensure a smooth process, we recommend calling the main office in advance so your student is ready for you upon arrival.

Finally, we encourage all students to wear RED to show their Bruin spirit at the rally!
